Mass media refers to media technologies that reach a mass audience. It is the way of communication to reach the vast majority of the public. They convey information on social issues, political issues, entertainment, and other topical issues to the general public. Mass media typically includes platforms such as radio, television, newspapers, and magazines. We can divide mass media mainly into print media and broadcast media. The print media include newspapers and magazines, while the broadcast media include radio, television, films, etc. We also currently count the Internet and digital media among the mass media. These platforms give us the opportunity to share our thoughts, opinions, photos and videos in real time.

Social media marketing helps companies get their brand better known, increase sales, and drive website traffic. Using social media to market products gives marketers the opportunity to know the thoughts and opinions of the audience and get their feedback instantly. In addition, there are many tools out there to measure the effectiveness of social media marketing campaigns.
